We guarantee against manufacturer’s defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Black Water Siren Studio or an authorized distributor or gallery. If your jewelry arrives damaged or is defective upon receipt we will repair it free of charge.

If your jewelry becomes damaged while in your possession due to accidental misfortune, we will do our best to repair the item to its original condition for the basic cost of materials and labor.

If you damage your jewelry piece, such as a mate to a pair of earrings, we will repair or replace it for a small charge. Please send the remaining earring, necklace, bracelet, or ring, and all broken parts if possible, back to us for reconstruction. After we make an assessment of the materials and labor needed, we will contact you with a free estimate before we perform any repairs.

If it requires a complete replacement, such as a new necklace chain or an earring mate, a flat fee is charged for the item cost of a new necklace chain, or one-half the price of the earring set is charged for a missing mate replacement.
