Method of Payment
For orders placed through BlackWaterSiren.com we accept PayPal, and credit cards that are processed through PayPal’s guest check-out service. Our shopping cart is attached to PayPal by default. PayPal has a guest feature to enable you to use your credit card for purchases, you do not have to create a PayPal account or use your current PayPal account to process your credit card payment, just follow their instructions to complete your purchase as a guest.
We also accept personal cheques and money orders. Your order will be shipped once your payment has cleared.
Free Shipping on All Domestic Orders
All orders for delivery within the United States will ship for free via USPS First Class.
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday with the exception of major holidays. Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take longer to process, such as made-to-order items, and then it is usually shipped out within 5 business days.
Occasionally we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to low product availability. Our website will display a low inventory warning in your shopping cart. In the rare case that you did not receive a low inventory warning and any of your items are back-ordered, we will notify you by email of the anticipated delivery timeframe.
Black Water Siren Studio and its carriers do not ship or deliver on the following holidays:

Standard shipping for Black Water Siren jewelry is via United States Postal Service First Class with Delivery Confirmation within the USA, and USPS First Class International Airmail shipping to the rest of the world. Once your order leaves our building, the shipping method you chose during checkout determines how quickly your shipped item delivers to your doorstep. We ship every day Monday through Friday. Whenever possible, your package will be shipped the day of, or the day after, receipt of your cleared payment.

U.S. Territories & Military Addresses
We ship to all U.S. territories, APO/AFO addresses, and many international countries. Please visit the International section for more information.
Military APO/AFO Addresses: Orders shipped to APO/AFO addresses are shipped via USPS. Shipments to APO/AFO addresses may be subject to longer transit times due to military processing. Once the package has been delivered to the APO/AFO point, Black Water Siren Studio is not responsible for the possible delays or lost shipments.
U.S. Territories: Orders shipped to U.S. territories are shipped via USPS. Please allow additional time for delivery.
International Customers: Please include a phone number. This helps the package move faster through Customs. Per U.S. and international Customs regulations, we must declare the actual value of purchases made (we cannot mark them as “gifts”). If any extra duty is assessed at your border, you, the Buyer, will be responsible for any and all customs charges. This is completely out of our control.
International Priority Shipping: The US Postal Service has increased its rates dramatically for international shipping. We have had to raise the Priority International shipping rate to $45.00 to cover the most expensive postage to a country overseas, although if the postage to your country is less than that we will refund you the difference in price.
We can ship to most countries. Items shipped to international addresses must pass through customs; please allow extra time for deliveries to international addresses. The approximate time frame is 7 – 21 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
