Green Man Heart Necklace

Sterling silver handcrafted necklace features a patterned sterling silver heart sprinkled with bronze stars around a three-dimensional face of the Green Man. Below, a faceted briolette of your choice (sizes vary) is accented with a tiny sterling signature star. Matching faceted rondelles and sterling Bali beads connect a sparkling sterling silver flat cable chain, completed with a lobster claw clasp and two inch extension.

Found in many cultures around the world, the Green Man is often related to natural vegetative deities springing up in different cultures throughout the ages. Primarily it is interpreted as a symbol of rebirth, or "renaissance," representing the cycle of growth each spring. Some speculate that the mythology of the Green Man developed independently in the traditions of separate ancient cultures and evolved into the wide variety of examples found throughout history.

Total length of necklace is about 16-1/2" up to 18-1/2" with 2" extension chain. Centerpiece itself is about 1-1/8" wide, and is about 1-3/4" from top to bottom including briolette.
