Chapman Telephone Tag Brooch

This unique abstract brooch is constructed with textured and oxidized sterling silver with a copper overlay as a backdrop for a found Montana telephone pole identification tag. The tag reads, "CHAPMAN 1975 POL NU", and is riveted to the sterling backing with copper rivets. A 3mm amethyst cabochon has been bezel-set in the center. A tiny bronze star twinkles in the bottom right corner.

Brooch measures about 1-3/4" wide by 1-1/8" tall.
